Stratford Community Players

The group's 20th anniversary is this year and the production is "Guys and Dolls", directed by Laurel Brown with Musical Direction by Paul Coates. Show dates are February 4-6 and 11-13, 2010.CJCS / Mix FM has been the Media Sponsor for the Stratford Community Players for many years. CJCS's Owner and General Manager Steve Rae was one of the founding members of SCP back in 1989.

Gallery Stratford

Inspiring exhibitions are elegantly presented in this prominent public art gallery. CJCS/Mix FM has partnered with the Gallery for more than 20 years in its annual I Love My Gallery live phone-in auction. Gallery Stratford also has a Gift Shop, Community Studio, Family and Company studio for children, a summer program called Arts Alive - all surrounded by beautiful gardens and a waterfall. Groups welcome. Open year-round.

Blyth Festival
The Blyth Festival is dedicated to producing and developing Canadian theatre that speaks directly to its audience, engaging us in a shared human experience. This theatre - located in rural Huron Country - is run by Artistic Director Eric Coates. Blyth's 2010 Season has been announced: A Killing Snow, Bordertown Cafe, Pearl Gidley, Book of Esther. All except Bordertown Cafe are world premieres!

Drayton Entertainment

The Drayton Festival Theatre is a renovated 1902 Opera House, boasting wonderful acoustic qualities. This former Town Hall has a rich history of entertaining audiences with the finest talent in professional theatre. Located only 30 minutes north of Kitchener-Waterloo, the Drayton Festival Theatre offers a pleasant scenic drive through rolling farmland and quaint villages.

Drayton operates 5 other venues throughout the province: The Huron Country Playhouse and Playhouse II in Grand Bend, King’s Wharf Theatre in Penetanguishene, Schoolhouse Theatre and St. Jacob’s County Playhouse in St. Jacobs.
